Today I thought I’d share a typical “day in the life” of what my 16 month old toddler eats in a day.
I would say we definitely don’t eat the healthiest, but we also don’t eat horrible. When we had Malakai I totally strived to be that “super crunchy mom that eats 100% clean” buuuuuuuut then had a kid and realized that life is best at a balance.
So today’s video shows you a very real walk through of what we eat, including how I get in extra protein for my kid who currently doesn’t like to really eat any meat (though we did get to sneak in some chicken)!
